Who the controller is

Álvaro Solache Rodríguez, Spanish tax ID 46134879F, in Vilafranca del Penedès (Barcelona). Phone +34 629 86 77 15. He trades under the brands Events Penedès and TeamTowers: the same person is the controller for both, which is why they share a single client and contact database.

What data and what for

Whatever you give us in the website forms or by email: name, company, email, phone and what you tell us about the event. We use it to reply, prepare the proposal and, if we reach an agreement, run the event and invoice it.

The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and, if we end up working together, performance of the contract and our tax obligations.

How long we keep it

• If we don’t end up working together: 24 months from the last contact, then it is deleted.
• If you are a client: for as long as the relationship lasts, and afterwards for the periods the law requires for accounting and invoicing.
• If you ask us to delete it sooner: we do, except for what we are obliged to keep.

Who we share it with

With the suppliers your event needs, and only what is essential: we tell the venue how many of you there are and what time you arrive, we don’t hand over your whole briefing. We also use technology providers that process data on our behalf: Netlify for web hosting and form submissions, Zoho for sales management and B2Brouter for invoicing.

Your rights

You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to the processing or take it with you. Write to us at the contact phone or email and we’ll sort it out. If you think we haven’t handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics with profiling. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request from your browser.
